This is the first personal project I've started. When I found out that I will be going to Japan for vacation, I decided to plan out the video months before I arrived. From the itinerary, music choice and the overall flow of the video, each element was visualized before my arrival. I went in knowing what I needed and when to get it.
Looking back, I've learned a lot from making this video and I am also aware of its short comings like the lack of sound design, the need for more varying pacing and better visuals. This video was a joy to make and it is what propelled me to make more personal projects.
This project was filmed on a Sony A6000.
